Hearts

Every lost run costs one heart. A heart comes back on its own every ten minutes, up to ten. You can also get more from the shop.

Does the game work offline?

Yes, entirely. Questions, crests and player cards all ship with the app. Only the Challenge leaderboard needs a connection.

An answer looks wrong

The data comes from a public football statistics database. Mistakes are possible, especially on recent transfers. Report them from My account → Help & contact: the message carries the question number, so we can find it straight away.

My nickname was refused

An automatic filter rejects offensive nicknames in eleven languages. It is sometimes too cautious: change one character, or write to us.

Deleting my data

See the deletion page. It can all be done from inside the app, in two taps.

Restoring my purchases

Tap Restore purchases in the shop. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, not to the device.
